1. Tuition fee is waived.
2. Dormitory fee is waived, living with 3 either local or international students at school dormitory.
3. Textbook fee is waived.
4. NT 4000 monthly stipend is offered.
5. Health Insurance and Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) fee (every year fees) are waived.

Scholarship regulations
1. Minimal credits for Master of Engineering degree is 33 credits (6 credits for Thesis included).
2. Students have to work in the collaborating companies for a minimum of 2 years right after graduation. Penalty applies to students failed to meet the requirement.
