Ban Quản lý Dự Án VIE8748, Trường Đại học Nông Lâm, Đại học Huế thông báo mời các cá nhân, nhóm tư vấn hoặc đơn vị sản xuất truyền thông có đủ năng lực tham gia cung cấp dịch vụ sản xuất video tổng kết Dự án VIE8748 – ” Quyết định lâm nghiệp có cơ sở, quản lý rừng bền vững và cấp chứng chỉ rừng cho rừng trồng quy mô nhỏ ở Việt Nam  – Informed forestry decisions, sustainable forest management and forest certification in smallholder forests in Vietnam”.

  1. Nội dung công việc

Đơn vị tư vấn sẽ thực hiện các nhiệm vụ chính sau:

  • Làm việc với Ban Quản lý Dự Án VIE8748 và các đối tác dự án để thống nhất thông điệp truyền thông, nội dung và kế hoạch sản xuất video.
  • Nghiên cứu các tài liệu của dự án để xây dựng ý tưởng, kịch bản và kế hoạch quay phim.
  • Thực hiện ghi hình tại các hợp tác xã và địa bàn dự án ở thành phố Huế và tỉnh Nghệ An.
  • Thực hiện phỏng vấn các bên liên quan, bao gồm cán bộ dự án, lãnh đạo hợp tác xã, hộ trồng rừng và các đối tượng hưởng lợi của dự án.
  • Biên tập, dựng phim, lồng tiếng, chèn phụ đề tiếng Anh, xử lý âm thanh, hình ảnh và hoàn thiện các sản phẩm truyền thông theo yêu cầu.
  • Bàn giao toàn bộ dữ liệu video gốc (raw footage) và các sản phẩm hoàn chỉnh cho dự án.
  1. Sản phẩm cần bàn giao

Đơn vị tư vấn cần hoàn thành và bàn giao các sản phẩm sau:

  • 01 kịch bản quay và kế hoạch ghi hình được thống nhất với Ban Quản lý dự án trước khi triển khai.
  • 01 bộ dữ liệu video gốc (raw footage) được sắp xếp theo địa điểm và nội dung, kèm danh mục video.
  • 01 video tổng kết dự án (tối đa 20 phút), tỷ lệ 16:9, độ phân giải tối thiểu Full HD (1080p), có thuyết minh tiếng Việt và phụ đề tiếng Anh.
  • 03–05 video ngắn (1–5 phút/video) được trích từ video tổng kết theo các chủ đề nổi bật của dự án; cung cấp ở cả định dạng ngang (16:9) và dọc (9:16) phục vụ truyền thông trên mạng xã hội.
  • 01 video giới thiệu dự án (khoảng 3 phút), có thuyết minh và phụ đề tiếng Anh, phục vụ hội nghị, hội thảo và các hoạt động truyền thông quốc tế.
  • Các tệp dự án và sản phẩm hoàn chỉnh theo yêu cầu của Ban Quản lý dự án.
  1. Yêu cầu đối với đơn vị tư vấn
  • Có kinh nghiệm thực hiện các sản phẩm phim tài liệu hoặc video truyền thông cho các dự án phát triển, ưu tiên trong lĩnh vực nông nghiệp, lâm nghiệp, môi trường hoặc phát triển nông thôn.
  • Có năng lực sản xuất video chất lượng cao, bao gồm thuyết minh bằng tiếng Việt và phụ đề tiếng Anh.
  • Có kinh nghiệm ghi hình và thực hiện phỏng vấn với cộng đồng địa phương, nông hộ, hợp tác xã và các bên liên quan của dự án.
  • Có đầy đủ nhân sự, trang thiết bị và năng lực kỹ thuật để sản xuất video đạt chất lượng chuyên nghiệp (độ phân giải tối thiểu Full HD 1080p), bảo đảm chất lượng hình ảnh, âm thanh và hậu kỳ.
  • Có khả năng triển khai công việc tại hiện trường, bao gồm các khu vực nông thôn và miền núi trên địa bàn thành phố Huế và tỉnh Nghệ An.
  • Có kỹ năng phối hợp, làm việc hiệu quả với Ban Quản lý dự án, các đối tác và các đơn vị liên quan trong suốt quá trình thực hiện.
  • Ưu tiên các đơn vị có hồ sơ năng lực tốt, đã thực hiện các sản phẩm tương tự và có khả năng hoàn thành công việc đúng tiến độ.

Từ 01/8/2026 đến 10/10/2026.

Kinh phí tối đa: 2.556 EUR (đã bao gồm thuế và toàn bộ chi phí thực hiện).

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

Consultancy for the Production of a Project Completion Video for Project VIE8748

The Project Management Unit (PMU) of Project VIE8748, University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University (HUAF), invites qualified consultants, production teams, or media companies to submit applications for the production of a project completion video for Project VIE8748 – “Informed Forestry Decisions, Sustainable Forest Management and Forest Certification in Smallholder Forests in Vietnam.”

1. Scope of work

The videographer/production team will undertake the following main tasks:

  • Consult with HCA and CCCSC/HUAF to review the project’s key messages, priority stories and filming locations;
  • Review relevant project documents, results and communication materials to developthe video narrative;
  • Prepare a storyboard and shooting script
  • Conduct field filming visits to participating cooperatives in Hue City and Nghe An Province;
  • Conduct filmed interviews with key project stakeholders, including cooperative members, cooperative leaders, project staff and relevant partners. The consultant shall ensure the representation of women, youth, and PwDs (where appropriate)
  • Edit, produce and deliver the final video products and raw footage as specified in Section 6 of this ToR;
  • Ensure appropriate consent is obtained from all individuals filmed, in compliance with ethical and privacy standards.
  • Ensure all videos are VIE8748-focused and contain all required logos and other project references. Logo files of FFD, the donor MFAF and project partners, and specific instructions on wording will be provided by FFD.

2. Deliverables

The selected consultant/production team shall deliver:

  • A shooting script and filming plan, including the video concept, storyboard, filming schedule, interview plan, and production approach.
  • A complete archive of raw footage from all filming locations, organized by site and accompanied by a list of recorded interviews and video content.
  • Draft versions of the main project video and the promotional video for review and revision based on feedback from the project partners.
  • One (01) project completion video (maximum 20 minutes) with Vietnamese narration and English subtitles, together with 3–5 short thematic clips (1–5 minutes each) in both landscape (16:9) and portrait (9:16) formats.
  • One (01) promotional video (approximately 3 minutes) with English narration and English subtitles for international communication and dissemination.
  • All final video products, raw footage, and editable project files in high-resolution digital format.

Note: All materials produced under this assignment shall become the property of FFD upon completion of the contract and may not be reused or published without prior written approval from FFD.

3. Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in documentary filmmaking or development communication video production, preferably in agriculture, forestry, environmental management, or rural development.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality videos with Vietnamese narration and English subtitles.
  • Experience conducting filmed interviews with local communities, farmers, cooperatives, and project stakeholders.
  • Professional technical capacity to produce broadcast-quality videos (minimum Full HD 1080p), including high-quality audio, editing, and color grading.
  • Ability to conduct fieldwork in rural and mountainous areas of Hue City and Nghe An Province.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with CCCSC/HUAF, project partners, and local stakeholders.
  • Previous experience with similar international development projects will be considered an advantage.

4. Implementation Period

1 August 2026 – 10 October 2026

5. Maximum Budget

EUR 2,556 (inclusive of VAT and all consultancy, travel, accommodation, equipment, production, post-production, and other related costs).
